Here at Dizzy Miss Gifts we do everything we can to make purchasing one of our prints an enjoyable experience. Please read through the following information as it will help us in ensuring that you, and the person the gift is for, will be completely happy.

THE PRINTS & FRAMES

  • Our gifts are printed on a luxurious, canvas-type board ensuring sharp, high quality, and rich colours.
  • We use archive quality inks which provide more vibrant and beautiful images and preserve memories for a lifetime.
  • Our deep box frames measure 23cm x 23cm x 4.5cm (deep). We only supply white frames as this is the most neutral colour and enhances the print colours.

EMBELLISHMENTS

  • All our prints feature hand-applied embellishments such as butterflies, buttons, stars, etc. The colour and style of these may vary depending on availability as many of these items are hand-crafted.

PROOFING

  • Once you place your order, we will send you an email with a proof of your print (minus the embellishments). This is an important step as it ensures that we have all of the details correct. It is YOUR responsibility to carefully check the proof and let us know if it is ready to print. We cannot be held responsible for any errors once you have approved it.

DELIVERY

  • Delivery charge is €8.95 per order.
  • We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly. Delivery is typically within 5 working days (once you have approved the artwork). However if you have an urgent request we will do whatever we can to accommodate you. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
  • NB: We use a courier service for our deliveries. Your delivery address must be a location where there is someone to receive the parcel during working hours – Monday to Friday, as a signature has to be obtained by the courier to confirm safe delivery.
  • If there is likely to be nobody at the delivery address during working hours, then consider giving us details of a work address, or a neighbour (making sure that they are aware of the delivery).

PAYMENT

  • We take our customers’ security very seriously. Your laser and/or credit card details are very safe because we use ‘Stripe’ and ‘PayPal’ for all our transactions. Both providers use the latest security technology to ensure your card details are extremely secure.
  • You can choose either the Credit Card option or PayPal at the Checkout stage.
  • At no stage will your card details ever be held by Dizzy Miss Gifts. The entire transaction is handled by Stripe or PayPal.

OTHER STUFF

  • We reserve the right to make minor modifications to our designs if needed every so often, but don’t worry, you will always get to approve the artwork before we go to print.
  • We may use photographs of our finished gifts for promotional purpose (on our website, Facebook or Instagram pages) but we ensure that we don’t use our most recent items so that we don’t spoil any surprises!
  • As a small business, reviews and testimonials are important to us. To this end, we will send you a ‘Review Request’ email approx. 14 days after your purchase.
